SHELL EGGS: Daily Midwest Regional Eggs
Daily producer prices are 1 cent higher for Large, steady for Medium, and 2
cents lower for Small. Midwest delivered asking prices are steady. The
undertone is steady to firm on the larger sizes and steady to weak on
Medium and Small. Retail demand is fairly good to good while food service
demand is moderate to fairly good. Offerings on the larger sizes are light,
moderate to heavy on the remaining sizes. Market activity is moderate.
Breaking stock prices are steady. The undertone remains steady. Offerings
are light to moderate for heaving breaking stock to available on the
lighter weights. Demand is light. Supplies are moderate. Market activity is slow.
